About 7:51 pm, Officers responded to radio call for Violation of Restraining Order (man in back of victim\’s house). On arrival, Officers searched the area in back of victim\’s apartment building. Officers did not find suspect in this search. Officers then spoke to victim who stated that suspect has been calling her by phone constantly. Victim showed Officers her copy of Restraining Order issued by West Roxbury Court on 10-28-2008. Victim further stated that suspect continuously comes to her home by car and hides behind hall door. Victim states that she is very scared of suspect. Suspect stated several times that he was served with a copy of the restraining order in hand at the West Roxbury Court. Victim stated that an Officer notified suspect about the restraining over the phone when the Officer responded to a radio call at her home Tuesday, October 28, 2008.At that time, Officer spoke to suspect by phone. Suspect stated that he was at the Faulkner Hospital Emergency Room. Officers then went to the Faulkner Hospital and placed suspect under arrest. Suspect complained of an ailment so the hospital held him. Officers stayed with suspect at hospital. A Sergeant responded to hospital and reviewed the Restraining Order and the violations thereof with suspect. The suspect has been identified as Albert Arroyo, 46, of Roslindale. Arroyo currently remains hospitalized.
