Ticket Scalpers Arrested at Fenway ParkYesterday afternoon officers from District D-4 (South End) were in the area of Fenway Park due to numerous complaints of scalpers in the area selling tickets for the Red Sox and Yankees game.
During this operation, officers arrested suspects, Steven F. Fuller, 30, of Quincy and Brian Goodman, 26, of Boston and charged them with Resale of Tickets without a License, Hawking and Peddling without a License, and Occupying a Street for Resale of Tickets.
The arrests were affected after officers observed the suspects reselling tickets at more than five times their face value.
Shooting Incident at 9 Plant Court
This morning at approximately 1:00AM, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to 9 Plant Ct. for a person shot.
On scene, officers met with EMS personnel who were already on scene treating the victim of multiple apparent gunshot wounds. Based on preliminary information, officers learned that the victim was shot after a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt started shooting in his direction.
The victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he was deemed to be in stable condition.

Incident at 197 Friend Street
About 2:19AM this morning, officers from District A-1 (Downtown Boston) responded to 197 Friend St. in Boston for a large group fighting with possible shots fired and a person shot.
On arrival, officers canvassed the area for victims and found none. Officers were then directed to Massachusetts General Hospital where they found one of the victims of the shooting in the emergency room. The victim, a 33 year old male had suffered multiple gunshot and was in the process of being rushed in to surgery. Officers then responded to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where two other victims of shootings from the Friend St. area were located. The first of the two victims, a 28 year-old male had suffered multiple gunshot wounds but was deemed in serious but stable condition. A third victim, a 28 year-old male was also found in the emergency room. The third victim told officers that he was outside a bar in the area of Portland St. and Valenti Way when he realized that the had been shot in the left leg.
Officers then responded to New England Medical Center where they met two stabbing victims from 197 Friend Street. Officers spoke to the victims and witnesses and they reported that they leaving a club in the area when the suspects started yelling obscenities at the women. The victim reported that when they came to the women’s aid they were assaulted and stabbed by the suspects. The victims, a 26 year old and a 21-year-old male both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Some People Just Don’t Learn
This morning around 3:45AM, officers arrested a 15 year-old suspect from Dorchester who had just been released from District B-3 (Mattapan) was rearrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace.
Someone in the front lobby initially alerted officers that the suspect had threatened and told them that he was going to punch them in the face. Officers, upon being informed of this incident, responded to the outside of the station to talk to the suspect. The suspect, once confronted by officers, appearing to be agitated ignored the officers’ questions. A short while later, the complaining victim came out of the station and an argument ensued between some individuals that were with the suspect and the complaining victim.
Officers again responded to the front of the station, and directed all parties to disperse and get in their cars. After officers gave orders to all the parties to disperse, the suspect continued to threaten the complaining victims, and went after the victim trying to assault him. Officers then separated the suspect from the victim a d he was again brought back in to the station for booking. While being walked into the station to be booked again, the suspect exclaimed to officers, “I don’t give a $#!@!”
