At about 9:20 AM, on Monday, July 17, 2023, officers assigned to the Drug Control Unit of District C-6 (South Boston), and City Wide DCU, arrested Jeffrey Austin, 66, of Roxbury on drug trafficking charges.
Officers were conducting an ongoing drug investigation and execution of search warrants in the area of 30 Norfolk Street. As a result of the search warrants, officers recovered approximately 30 grams of Crack Cocaine.
Austin was placed under arrest and charged with; Trafficking of Class B. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
