Investigation Update: At about 12:55 PM on Sunday June 6, 2021, members of the BPD Sexual Assault Unit, in coordination with patrol officers assigned to District E-5 (West Roxbury), arrested Elon Duarte, 49, of Hyde Park following investigations into two indecent assault and battery incidents which occurred on Saturday June 5, 2021, in the area of 1230 VFW Parkway in West Roxbury.
The suspect will appear in West Roxbury District Court on charges of Indecent Assault & Battery (2 Counts) and Lewd & Lascivious Conduct.
