This morning Boston Police Homicide investigators placed 17 year old Marco Tulio Flores of East Boston under arrest in connection with yesterday\’s fatal fire in East Boston. As a result of the investigation, Flores is charged with homicide and is expected to be arraigned later today in East Boston District Court.
On May 23, 2011, at approximately 7:50 am officers responded to 877 Saratoga Street in East Boston for a report of a fire. A that time, the body of a deceased male victim was located inside the residence. Investigators continue to await the results of an autopsy. The male victim\’s identity will also not be released at this time. Details to follow.
