At about 4:27pm, on Sunday, April 17, 2011, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a breaking and entering in progress at 26 Pontiac Street. According to the caller, four individuals were inside the location. On arrival, officers located four individuals sitting on the wall in front of the location. When asked to explain why they were hanging out in front of the address, one stated that he was taking pictures of the house because it looked good. Officers spoke to witnesses who confirmed that the four individuals sitting on the wall were – in fact – the individuals responsible for the break in.
Officers arrested four male juveniles (ages 16, 14, 14 and 13) and charged all four with Breaking & Entering a Residence.
