Officers from District A-1 Visit Boston Asian Youth Essential Services (Boston Asian Y.E.S.) – Check out the pics!

Officers from District A-1 (Downtown) visited the Boston Asian Youth Essential Services (Boston Asian Y.E.S.) located on Harrison Avenue in Chinatown.
A-1 Community Service Officer  (Civilian) Christine Vraibel gifted more than 60 local Asian youth, who attend Boston Asian Y.E.S., with hats and gloves. Officers also provided pizza and a beautifully decorated cake for the kids.

Captain Bernie O’Rourke, Sgt. Tom Lema, PO Bruce Kwong and CSO Civilian Christine Vraibel toured the Boston Asian Y.E.S. facility and  learned more about the daily programming for the youths.  Officers spoke before the group of 70+ people (of staff and youths) and talked about police/community partnerships, having a strong fellowship with the community, being good role models, and other important topics.
