On March 2, 2011 at 2:06am, officers responded to 275 Tremont Street for a report of shots fired. It was determined on arrival that victims were no longer on scene. Officers immediately began establishing the crime scene.
Officers were soon made aware that two victims self-applied to Boston Medical Center. A 29 year male victim received life-threatening gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased. A second male, 24 years old, was treated for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
A preliminary investigation indicated that a fight between several males transpired in the area outside of 285 Tremont Street resulting in shots fired. Additional shots were fired inside of the parking garage at 274 Tremont Street. Ballistics evidence was recovered from both areas.
As a result of ongoing investigative efforts, detectives arrested Andrew Flonory, 26, of Brockton and Joshua Hollis, 22, of Cambridge charging both with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
