On February 9, 2011 Captain Frank Mancini commanding officer of District Seven in East Boston presented Tonya Sullivan of Winn Residential/Maverick Landing with a certificate of appreciation. Ms. Sullivan along with the Maverick Landing staff has gone above and beyond their service and commitment to the Boston Police Department and the East Boston community.
