Last night around 7:30PM, an officer from District D-4 (South End) working on plain clothes in the area of 625 Shawmut Ave. approached by a suspect who asked him to help her buy some drugs. The officer identified his office and detained the suspect for a threshold inquiry. After a threshold inquiry was conducted the suspect was determined to have two outstanding for her arrest. The suspect, Paula Lopez, 26 of Boston was arrested and charged him the outstanding warrants for Larceny/Shoplifting.
