At about 8:43am, on Friday, December 17, 2010, officers from Area D-4 (South End) responded to a radio call for a breaking and entry in progress in the area of 83 East Brookline Street. On arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated that he exited his home to take the trash out and, when he did, an unknown individual entered his home. According to the victim, he located the suspect inside his bathroom. Upon locating the suspect, the victim says he exited his home and waited for police to arrive. 

Upon entering the home, officers were able to locate the suspect still inside the bathroom. 

Officers arrested Dan O’Sullivan, 54, of Boston and charged him with Breaking & Entering (Daytime).
