On Wednesday December 8, 2010 at 9:49am Officers from District A-1 (Downtown) responded to 333 Washington Street for a Shoplifter. The officers did arrest the suspect, 19 year old Joseph Rudolph of Dorchester, on an outstanding default warrant out of Palmer District Court for Breaking and Entering, Daytime Felony.

Rudolph was stopped by a CVS employee who observed the suspect placing numerous items into a black backpack and attempted to flee the store without paying for said items. The store recovered all items. Rudolph will be summonsed into Boston Municipal Court for Shoplifting under $250.00.
