LOUD PARTY LANDS FOUR BEHIND BARS

At about 12:05am, on Saturday, December 4, 2010, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a call for a loud party in the area 96 Calumet Street. On arrival, officers could hear loud music coming from the location. Upon entering the location, officers observed a party of approximately 200 persons. Officers noted and observed that the majority of party-goers were drinking alcoholic beverages. Additionally, officers observed a large plywood beer pong table, a disco ball, strobe light and DJ equipment.   

Upon locating the legal tenants of the apartment, officers arrested James Kloss,20, of Boston and Kenneth Oger, 21, of Boston and charged both with Being the Keepers of a Disorderly House and Procuring Alcohol for Minors. 

While officers were in the process of dispersing the party, officers observed two individuals who continued to drink from beer cans. As a result, officers arrested two more individuals and charged both with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.
