At about 1:11am, on Thursday, November 24, 2010, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for fight at 1 Boylston Street (the Estate Bar). On arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated that she was in the lady’s restroom when she observed a group of girls attempting to take pictures of her friend who was attempting to go to the bathroom. As a result, the victim says she began yelling at the group. Victim further states when she exited the lady’s restroom, two girls began punching and kicking her. Officers noted and observed several cuts and scratches on and around the victim’s face. According to a witness, the two girls were still inside the club.
When officers approached the suspects, the suspects, upon seeing the officers, attempted to flee the establishment.
Officers arrested Sue Lee, 27, of Malden and Wonda Lee, 27, of Malden and charged both with Assault & Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon (Foot).
