Shooting Incident Claims Two, Injures Two in Jamaica Plain

At approximately 7:30pm, officers responded to 662 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain for a call of shots fired. Upon arrival officers located several victims suffering from injuries resulting from one incident. Officers observed a white Hispanic victim approximately 21 years old suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was transported to Beth Israel Hospital and was soon pronounced deceased.

Officers located a second white Hispanic male victim, approximately 21 years old, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital and was pronounced deceased.

A third white Hispanic male approximately 28 years old was located suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to Boston Medical Center and is currently listed in stable condition.

A fourth victim, a female, was located across the street from 662 Centre Street. She was transported to Faulkner Hospital and treated for minor injuries.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the three males were involved in an altercation at 660 Centre Street (Same Old Place restaurant). The altercation led to the subsequent gunshot and stab wounds of the individuals.

The Boston Police Department has immediately increased patrols to the area.
