“Open and Gross” Behavior Lands Suspect In Jail

Last night around 10:50PM, officers performing a detail at the TD Bank Garden Roger Waters Concert  arrested suspect, David Travisano, 53 of Dummerston, VT and charged him with Open and Gross Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct.

The suspect was brought to the attention of the detail officers when a witness/victim approached them and stated that the suspect had just urinated on her shoes, her coat along with that her companion’s coat. The victim elaborated by stating that she was watching the concert when she observed the suspect remove his private parts from his pants and start urinating while standing right next to her. The witness/victim further reported that in the process of urinating the suspect wet her shoes, her coat as well as that the coat of her companion.

Officers then found the suspect who had a wet spot on the front of his pants and his shoes consistent with someone who had been urinating. The suspect when confronted about his actions claimed that someone had spilled a drink on him.

The suspect was arrested and charged with the above offenses after a full investigation of the facts and evidence on the suspect’s clothing.
