At about 1:22 am, on Friday, October 1, 2010, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for an altercation involving several males in the hallway at 75 St Alpohonsus Street in Roxbury. On arrival, officers exited their cruisers and could hear several males arguing on the left side of building. As officers moved in the direction of the disturbance, officers observed three males moving towards them. When the males saw the officers, officers observed the males stop, turn around and run in the opposite direction. After a brief foot pursuit, officers apprehended the three suspects. While the suspects were being detained, witnesses confirmed that they were the individuals responsible for the disturbance. A search of the immediate area, retracing the steps taken during the foot chase, enabled officers to see and seize an undisclosed amount of a Class B Drug (cocaine). A search of the suspects enabled officers to locate and take possession of additional amounts of cocaine.
Officers arrested Adwait Dalvi, 30, of Boston, Ryan Lawlor, 30, of Boston and Eric Peasley, 30, of Boston and charged all three with Trafficking a Class B Drug (cocaine) and Disorderly Conduct.
