Last night, Monday, September 7, 2010 around 11:15PM, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to 9 Tonawanda Street in Dorchester for a person shot.
On arrival, officers located an 18 year old black male suffering life threatening injuries from an apparent gun shot. Boston Health and Hospitals (EMS) responded to the scene, attended to the victim and rushed him to Boston Medical Center for further treatment. The victim received extensive medical care at the hospital but succumbed to his injuries this evening while still at the hospital and was pronounced.
