About 12:38PM, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to 600 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester for a person stabbed.
On arrival, officers located a 26 year-old black male suffering from a stab wound outside of the above noted location. The victim, suffering life threatening injuries, was treated on scene and immediately rushed to Boston Medical Center by Boston EMS for further medical attention. The victim arrived at the hospital but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced a short time later.
The facts and circumstances of this incident are currently under investigation by the Boston Police Homicide Unit.
