Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) Drug Unit applied for and were granted a search warrant for 3 Coleman street #1 in Dorchester by Dorchester District Court.
Yesterday around 3:00PM, officers armed with the search warrant made entry to the above address to execute the search warrant. During the search warrant officers recovered and seized the following items:
1) Romanian Arms AK-47 Assault Rifle
2) Three (3) Ammunition Clips
3) Thirty-Nine Rounds of Armor Piercing Ammunition
4) A Pistol Holster
5) A Digital Scale
Suspect, Dorothy E. Cappra, 29 of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition and Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device. The suspect was later additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property when the AK-47 was discovered to have been stolen from Portland, Maine.
