This morning around 2:23AM, officers from District 18 (Hyde Park) arrested suspect, Keicha M. Tucker, 24 of Salem and charged her with an outstanding warrant for Malicious Destruction of Property, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, and No Inspection Sticker, and then cited for Speeding and Operating a Motor vehicle in the Wrong Direction on a One Way Street.

Officers initially responded to the area of 614 River Street for a loud party and while there officers observed the suspect driving her car at a high rate of speed down a nearby one-way side street and strike three parked cars.  Officers approached the victim and initiated an investigation which resulted in the discovery of an outstanding warrant for the above noted offenses. The suspect was consequently arrested and charged with additional charges stemming from the accident.
