Last night around 6:08PM, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) were on patrol in the area of Greenville Street when they observed a man without a helmet riding a motorcycle with a young female rider about 8-11 years old riding without a helmet also.
Officers then activated their light and sirens and stopped the motorcycle at which point the young rider got off the motorcycle. Officers then queried the motorcycle and discovered that it was reported stolen on 7/2/10 in Woburn.
The operator, Grover Robinson, 36 of Roxbury was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and cited for Operating a Motorcycle without a Helmet.
