BOSTON POLICE SEEK COMMUNITY\’S COOPERATION REGARDING QUADRUPLE SHOOTING ON HENDRY STREET

At about 9:15pm, on Sunday, July 4, 2010, officers from Area C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for a person or persons shot in the area outside of 18 Hendry Street.  On arrival, officers located four victims (a 34 year-old Hispanic male, a 32 year-old black male, a 34 year-old black female and a 44 year-old black female) suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. All four victims were transported to the Boston Medical Center where all four are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Area C-11 detectives at (617) 343-4335.
