At about 12:48am, on Sunday, May 30, 2010, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of Fenwick Place. On arrival, officers located and observed a male victim, outside of 44 Crispus Attucks Place, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. The victim, a 27 year-old black male, was transported to the Brigham & Women’s Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
While still on scene, officers learned of a second victim, a 24 year-old black male, suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound, who had self admitted himself to the Boston Medical Center.
