This afternoon around 3:41PM, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to the area of 944 Parker Street in Roxbury for a person shot.
On arrival, officers located two male juvenile victims suffering from gunshot wounds. One victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries while the second victim was transported to Children’s Hospital with life threatening injuries. The victim suffering life-threatening injuries, a 14 year-old male, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced this evening at Children’s Hospital.
The Boston Police Homicide Unit is actively investigating the facts and circumstances of this incident.
