This drive was created by Sgt. Lisa Holmes and Streetworker Kendall Bruce for young women who are dealing with financial hardships during the prom season. Last year was a success. Young women ages 16-18 received beautiful dresses to attend their Jr. and Senior proms. and were very happy.

It is every young woman’s dream to look beautiful at the prom but the reality is families are dealing with a lot of hardships and can not  afford to  spend a large amounts of money on one night.  We provide the dress and accessories, so parents or guardians can focus on other prom expenses.

We are asking for help this year, we would like to expand and open this opportunity to all of young women in Grove Hall area. We are asking for donations of dresses, shoes, jewelry, make-up, and purses. We asked that all donations be cleaned and in good condition.
