POLICE INVESTIGATE STABBING INCIDENT ON MASS AVE
At about 12:34am, on Friday, March 12, 2010, officers from Area C-6 (South Boston) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed in the area of 895 Mass Ave. On arrival, officers spoke to witnesses who stated that an individual had been stabbed at that location. According to witnesses, the victim was in the process of pumping gas when a verbal argument ensued between the victim and two other individuals. According to witnesses, the verbal argument morphed into a physical altercation during which a knife was shown and the victim was stabbed. The victim was driven to the Boston Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

POLICE ARREST ONE FOR GROPING VICTIM IN DORCHESTER
At about 7:43am, on Friday, March 12, 2010, officers from Area C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a radio call for the report of a man grabbing a woman’s buttocks in the area of Quincy and Stanley Streets. On arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated the she was walking down the street when the suspect grabbed her from behind. The victim described the suspect as a Hispanic male wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. Officer promptly broadcast a description of the suspect over the police radio. In short time, officers were able to observe and locate an individual who matched the description of the suspect. The victim was brought to the scene for the purposes of making an identification. Upon seeing the suspect, the victim stated, “That’s him.”
Officers arrested Ivan Concepcion, 30, of Boston and charged him with Indecent Assault & Battery.
