Shawn Pelley, 33, of Centerville, MA was arrested today, June 30, 2009 on outstanding warrants for Larceny Over $250 and Violation of Probation/Parole. Pelley was arrested by the Boston Police Fugitive Unit and United States Marshals after he opened a business bank account in early April, 2009 in the name of U.S. Re-Entry. He then deposited counterfeit checks totaling $48,134 into the account under the name of St. Bernard Catholic Church.Pelley will be arraigned in U.S. Federal Court.
