DAILY INCIDENTS FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2009

IF YOU’RE GONNA HOST A PARTY … YOU CAN’T SERVE MINORSAt about 1:18am, on Saturday, April 11, 2009, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to 731 Parker Street for the report of a loud party. On arrival, officers could hear loud music emanating from the above-mentioned address. Upon entering the location, officers observed several individuals in possession of and consuming alcohol. After checking id’s in an effort to ascertain the age of the partygoers, officers learned that a few of the individuals were under the age of 21. Officers further learned that those individuals had been served alcohol.
Officers arrested the apartment’s legal tenants: Patrick Orr, 22, of Boston, Chris Dwyer, 21, of Boston, Nick Mendoza, 22, of Boston and Steven Klenoff, 21, of Boston and charged all four with Procuring Alcohol for Minors and Being the Keepers of a Disorderly House.
POLICE ARREST ONE FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING IN BRIGHTON
At about 2:43am, on Saturday, April 11, 2009, officers from Area D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for a person breaking into an apartment building in the area of 529 Beacon Street. While en route to the call, officers learned that the suspect was a white male wearing a blue/gray shirt and jeans. On arrival, officers observed that the front door of the location, a door with glass, had been smashed. Officers observed chards of glass on the ground in and around the door. Officers further observed that a screen had been pried open. When officers entered the location, a man fitting the description of the suspect was standing inside the lobby. While talking to the suspect, officers observed broken chards of glass on the suspect’s clothing and shoes. Officers also observed a cut or laceration to the suspect’s elbow.
While on scene, a witness approached the officers and positively identified the suspect.
Officers arrested John Siafakas, 26, of Woburn and charged him with Unarmed Breaking & Entering (nighttime) and the Willful and Destruction of Property.
