DAILY INCIDENTS FOR WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2009

POLICE ARREST ONE FOR URINATING IN PUBLIC At about 6:30pm, on Tuesday, February 25, 2009, an officer performing a paid detail in the area of 784 Massachusetts Avenue observed an individual acting in an unruly manner. Specifically, the suspect appeared to be intoxicated given his slurred speech, unsteady movements and the odor of alcohol emanating from his person. The officer observed the individual attempt to enter the Woods-Mullen Shelter. Given his unruly behavior, the suspect was denied entry. Upon being denied entry, the suspect began to yell and scream. At this point, the suspect was escorted from the location. Once outside, the suspect dropped his pants and began urinating all over the ground.
Officers arrested Dan Flynn, 39, of Quincy and charged him with Indecent Exposure.
