If You Want To See Fenway Park You Have To Buy a TicketOn Sunday, February 15, 2009, at approximately 1:45am, officers assigned to Area D-4 (South End), observed two males entering Fenway Park by climbing over a wall and jumping into the park from the ticket booth roof.
Officers performing a detail in the area assisted the observant officers by following the suspect’s route of travel. Once inside, officers were able to locate the two parties.
Officers arrested Michael Robertson, 19, of Canada & Kevin Brennan, 21, of Canada on the charges of Trespassing.
Cigarette Thief Caught Breaking into Store
On Monday, February 16, 2009, at approximately 2:40am, officers assigned to Area D-4 (South End), responded to 95 Westland Avenue for a report of a man breaking into a variety store.
Officers arrived on-scene, assisted by Northeastern University Police, to find the front glass door of the store to be shattered. Officers then located a male, fitting the description given by dispatch, to be standing inside the store holding several packs of cigarettes. Officers observed a brick on the sidewalk in front of the broken glass door and the suspect was covered with small shards of glass.
Officers arrested Nenad Kabapandza, 33, of Boston on the charges of Breaking & Entering (Night).
