This morning around 10:33AM, officers from District D-4 (South End) responded to 301 Massachusetts, outside Symphony Hall to investigate a bag with Anthrax written on it.On arrival, officers located a bag matching the description given with a cardboard tube leaning against it with “Anthrax Beware” written on the tube. The scene was secured and the bag and its contents removed from the scene. The tube was later determined to have been empty.
As part of the investigation, officers were able to able to access a security tape that showed a white male drop off the bag around 9:10AM.
Suspect Description:
Sex: Age
Race: White Non-Hispanic
Age: 25-35 years of age
Height: 5’10”
Clothing: Black sunglasses, Gray hooded sweatshirt, Brown waist length sport coat, Black gloves, Blue Jeans, and White Sneakers

Below is footage from the security tape of the suspect dropping off the bag. Detectives are looking for an identification of the suspect that was seen leaving the bag.
