When officers approached, the individual in question accelerated his pace. In short time, officers were able to draw near to and detain the suspect. While talking to the suspect, officers noted that the suspect appeared to be nervous and anxious. While conducting the frisk, officers were able to locate and take possession of a black firearm. When asked to produce a license to carry a firearm, the suspect stated, “I don’t have a license.”
