At about 12:57am, on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, officers from Area E-18 (Hyde Park) responded to a radio call for a person shot in the area of 710 Hyde Park Avenue. On arrival, officers located a 50 year-old black male, inside the apartment, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to the Brigham & Women’s Hospital where he was later pronounced.The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
