Tonight at approximately 6:53pm, officers from District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) responded to 5 Garland St. in Jamaica Plain for a person stabbed.On arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was transported by ambulance to Brigham and Women’s Hospital with life threatening injuries where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Officers arrested the victim’s roommate Kim John Gaines 52, of Jamaica Plain on scene and he will be charged appropriately.
