On Wednesday, April 2, 2008, family members of missing person, ROC SANON, 43 of Dorchester reported him missing to the Boston Police Department. The victim who has only recently immigrated to Massachusetts from Haiti, and does speak any English was last seen around 10am on Wednesday, April 2, 2008. The victim was due to get on the #23 MBTA bus and get off at Columbia Road but never made it to his destination nor has he been heard from or seen since.The victim is described as:
