This morning, on March 10, 2008, at around 11:20am, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to 689 Washington Street in Dorchester for a radio call.On arrival, officers located the victim, a 30 year-old female, suffering from multiple stab wounds laying face down on the kitchen floor. Boston Emergency Medical Services responded, and shortly thereafter at 11:53am, pronounced the victim on scene.
At this point, this incident is being investigated as a homicide, and the apartment has been frozen pending a search warrant. Preliminarily, this incident appears to be domestic in nature and a person of interest is being sought.
