HOMICIDE VICTIM FROM NASSAU STREET IDENTIFIED

At about 1:40pm, on Sunday, February 10, 2008, officers from Area A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 1 Nassau Street. On arrival, officers located a 27 year-old white male suffering from an apparent stab wound. The victim was pronounced on the scene. The victim has been identified as Edward Quiles, 28, of Boston.As a result of a swift, complete and thorough investigation, detectives from the Boston Police Homicide Unit, in conjunction with officers from Area A-1 (Downtown), were able to identify and apprehend suspect, Anthony Chambers, 51, of Boston in connection with the above homicide.
