On January 18, 2008 at approximately 7:35pm officers responded to 139 Harvard Street in Dorchester for a report of a person shot. On arrival, officers located a 23-year-old black male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced shortly thereafter.The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
