DAILY INCIDENTS FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2007

UNINVITED PARTY GUESTS ARRESTED IN BRIGHTONAt about 2:00am, Thursday, December 20, 2007, officers from Area D-14 (Brighton) responded to a radio call for a breaking and entering in progress in the area of 22 Glenville Avenue. On arrival, officers spoke to several victims who stated that they were hosting a party when a number of unwelcome guests showed up and entered the party. According to the victims, when the suspects entered the party, the victims told them that they had to leave. Upon being told to leave, the suspects became combative and began pushing the occupants of the residence. Additionally, while leaving, the suspects also kicked in the front door of the residence. When officers arrived, the suspects were still on scene. In fact, the suspects were sitting in a motor vehicle out in front of the above address. When officers approached the car, they observed four occupants inside the car, all in possession of alcoholic beverages. Specifically, officers observed all four occupants to be holding cans of Bush Light Beer. When officers asked the suspects if they were old enough to drink, the suspects replied, “No.” Officers then arrested Joseph Bosse, 20, of Milton, Michael Bogner, 20, of Milton, Anthony Smith, 20, of Milton and Gregory Lannon, 20, of Milton and charged all four with the Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Person Under 21 and Breaking & Entering (Night).
HOW NOT TO INTERACT WITH A POLICE OFFICER
At about 1:05am, on Friday, December 21, 2007, an individual, who appeared to be intoxicated, approached an officer performing a paid detail in the area of 148 State Street. The individual told the detail officer that he just been kicked out of an establishment and, in his opinion, he believed he had been asked to leave unfairly. The officer spoke to employees of the establishment who told the officer that the individual had been asked to leave after he started a fight with a fellow patron. When told the news, the suspect began yelling and screaming at the officer. Additionally, the suspect grabbed the officer’s uniform. At this point, the officer arrested Jonathan Grimm, 21, of Cohasset and charged him with Being a Disorderly Person.
