WHO: Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Police Commissioner Edward F. Davis, Boston Police Command Staff, honored officers and their families.WHAT: This yearly event is intended to honor those members of the department who have exemplified what it means to be member of the Boston Police department over the past year.
