Death Investigation at 14 Glenville Avenue

On Saturday, November 17, 2007 at 2:29am, officers from District D-14 responded to a radio call for a fight at 14 Glenville Avenue. On arrival, officers were informed that a person was injured in the rear alley of 14 Glenville Street. Officers located a 21-year-old male being treated by Boston EMS. The victim was transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.Preliminary investigation revealed that a fight had broken out during a party. It is believed that the victim died as a result of falling from the roof of that building. The cause of the fall is under investigation at this time. Homicide detectives conducted numerous interviews throughout the night with partygoers in an effort to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
