BPD DETECTIVES ARREST SUSPECT, RECOVER STOLEN GOODS

Boston Police arrested a suspect and recovered numerous stolen items in connection with a larceny that occurred on September 17, 2007. The crime took place at the Eidel Weiss Senior Assisted Living Home on Centre Street in West Roxbury. The items stolen include several flat-screen televisions, refrigerators, and various other electronic devices.After a thorough and exhaustive investigation, detectives obtained information that the aforementioned stolen items were seen in a garage in nearby Roslindale. Detectives uncovered that a former employee of the elderly facility was renting the residence.
Investigators made contact with that individual who admitted he was a former employee of the nursing home and had knowledge of the entrance pass codes and interior of the premises. He also indicated that he acted alone and removed the items from the premises undetected.
Police placed Francis Brennan, 18, of West Roxbury under arrest and charged him Breaking and Entering- Nighttime, Larceny Over $250.00 and Receiving Stolen Goods.
