At about 3:27am, on Sunday, October 7, 2007, officers from Area B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for shots fired in the area of 84 New Whitney Street in Roxbury. On arrival, officers located a 22 year-old black male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center where he later succumbed to injuries and was pronounced.Boston Police continue to actively investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident.
