DAILY INCIDENTS FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2007

Three Juveniles Arrested for Unarmed RobberyOn Friday, October 5, 2007, at around 2:00pm, officers from District E-18 responded to 1200 Hyde Park Avenue for a robbery in progress. On arrival, officers spoke to the victim who stated that, while waiting for the bus, he was approached by three black males who asked to see his phone.
The victim stated he refused their request and began walking away towards the Dunkin Donuts. As he walked away, the suspects followed. The victim entered the Dunkin Donuts visibly shaken and almost in tears according to witnesses. According to the victim he went back outside to the parking lot and was approached by the three suspects again. The three suspects surrounded him and demanded that he hand over his cell phone.
Three 14-year-old juvenile males from Dorchester and Mattapan were arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery.
Fight Lands One In Jail
On Saturday, October 6, 2007, at about 2:05am, officers from District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a fight in progress in front of 21 Merchants Row. On arrival, officers observed a verbal altercation between several individuals.
Officers spoke with the suspect who stated that he and several of his friends were involved in a fight with the victim. The suspect stated that the victim wanted to fight. After being punched by the victim, the suspect tried to take the victim’s motorcycle.
Officers spoke with the victim who stated that the suspect and several of his friends were yelling at several of the victim’s friends at the intersection of Merchants Row and State Street when a physical altercation ensued. The victim stated that he got his motorcycle and drove to where the two parties were fighting. The victim stated that when he drove up to the fight, the suspect punched him and pushed him off his motorcycle. The victim then stated that the suspect made gestures towards his motorcycle and the victim had to physically restrain the suspect from grabbing his motorcycle.
Matthew Page, 23, of South Boston was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery and Carjacking.
Person Stabbed In Dorchester
Early this morning, Saturday, October 6, 2007, around 3:15am, officers from District C-11 (Dorchester) observed a person stabbed across from 9 Faulkner Street. On arrival, officers observed the victim lying on his back with a stab wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and is in stable condition.
