Armed Robbery Leaves One InjuredLast night at 11:09pm, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) responded to a radio call for a robbery in progress at 7 Lambert Street. On arrival, officers spoke with the three victims who stated while waking on Highland Avenue, two males approached them and robbed them with a firearm. The victims described the suspects as a white male wearing a blue and white hooded sweatshirt and a black male suspect was described as wearing all dark clothing.
The victims further stated that they observed the two suspects walking ahead of them on Highland Avenue. The victims stated that the suspect suddenly stopped turned around and the white male displayed a firearm and both suspects demanded the victims’ wallets and money. The victims also stated the white suspect fired two shots in the air after robbing them.
One of the victims was struck with the butt of the firearm on the nose. Medical assistance was summoned but the victim declined medical attention. Officers searched the area for the suspects and ballistic evidence to no avail.
One Arrested After Assault and Robbery
Early this morning at 1:59am, officers from District A-7 (East Boston) observed a male at the corner of Condor and Meridian Streets looking distraught with facial injuries. Officers stopped to question the male but determined that he did not speak English. Officers requested a Spanish-speaking officer to respond to the scene to translate.
Officers spoke with the victim stated as he walked on Condor Street he was approached by three white males who suddenly punched him in the face, kicked him to the ground and began kicking him. The victim stated that one the suspect went through his pockets and stole his wallet, cell phone, cash and a gold ring.
While officers were gathering information, two males came from the mobile gas station crossing the street. At that time, the victim stated, “I think that is them right there.”
A 16-year-old juvenile male from Chelsea was arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery and Assault and Battery by means of a Dangerous Weapon. Officers recovered the victim’s wallet from the suspect.
Loud Party Ends With Six In Custody
Around 2:49am, officers from District D-14 (Allston/Brighton) responded to a radio call for a loud party at 12 Haskell Street. This was the second time officers were dispatched to this location. Once on scene, officers observed four individuals walking from the rear of the house carrying cans of Natural Ice Beer. Officers made there way to the upstairs apartment were additional partygoers and residents were found.
Aleah MacNelly, 21, of Allston and Amy Harbine, 20, of Oregon were both arrested and charged with Procuring alcohol for Minors and Keeper of a disorderly House.
Gabriel Bosque, 17, of Brooklyn, Michael Lynch, 20, of Allston, Christopher Gray, 19, of Milwaukee and a 16-year-old from Brooklyn were all arrested and charged with Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by Person Under 21.
