Person Shot on Neponset AvenueYesterday morning at 9:26am, officers from District C-11 responded to a radio call for a person shot at 135 Neponset Avenue. On arrival officers located a victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for life threatening injuries. The victim is expected to survive.

Metallic Blue Bicycle Stolen
This morning around 2:08am, officers responded to a radio call for a larceny of a bike at 513 Beacon Street. On arrival, officer’s spoke with the victim who stated her metallic blue bike was stolen from in front of the house. The victim stated she locked the on the front steps at 1:35am and at 1:50am she observed the lock to be cut and bike missing.
Suspect Arrested After Vandalizing Motor Vehicles
This morning around 3:37am, officers from District D-14 responded to a radio call for a group of males causing a disturbance and vandalizing a motor vehicle at 1304 Commonwealth Avenue. On arrival, officers observed a ground of males running from a motor vehicle that was heavily damaged by a cinder block. The suspect appeared to be intoxicated and very uncooperative. Benjamin Breed, 21, of Marblehead was arrested and charged with Destruction or Injury of Personal Property and Disturbing a Public Assembly.
Stabbing on Ormond Street
This morning around 5:46am, officers from District B-3 responded to a radio call for a person stabbed at 16 Ormond Street. On arrival, were informed that the suspect ran up Ormond Street toward Wellington Hill and gave a description of a black male, bald in his fifties wearing a suit. Officers checked the area and observed a black male who appeared to be in his fifties, wearing dress pants, black short and t-shirt on the corner of Woolson Street and Blue Hill Avenue. The suspect was positively identified.
The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for non-life threatening stab wounds. The victim is in stable condition.
Prior to being booked the suspect complained of chest pain and was transported to Boston Medical Center for treatment.
