Person Stabbed in DorchesterThis morning around 12:31am, officers from District C-11 were on patrol in the Talbot Avenue/Dorchester Avenue area. A concerned citizen who stated that a man had been stabbed in front of Store 24 flagged officers down. Officers located a male suffering from multiple stab wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center and treated for a non-life threatening injury. The victim stated that he got into an argument with two males in the parking lot of Store 24 and that one of the male stabbed him.
Search Warrant executed at 4 Oak Street
This morning at 12:38am, members of the Drug Control Units from District E-13 and District C-6 executed a search warrant at 4 Oak Street. Juan Fuentes, 28, of Hyde Park was arrested and charged with Distribution of Class B and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. Officers recovered an electronic grinder, scale, box of Baggies, one plastic bag of white powder, 34 plastic bags of cocaine, 5 large plastic bags of cocaine.

This morning at 12:39am, officers from District B-2 responded to a radio call for a crime in progress at 20 Eastman Street. On arrival, officers spoke with the victim who stated that he heard a window break, and when he looked outside he observed a black male with a puffy pony tail, wearing a white t-shirt and dark colored shorts breaking into his vehicle. At that time the suspect fled on a bicycle up Belden Street towards Dudley Street. A few minutes’ later officers observed a black male fitting that description riding down Humphreys Street. As officers approached the suspect he quickly fled from police. The suspect discarded the bike and fled through numerous back yards jumping over fences. The suspect was apprehended in the rear of 24 Belden Street. Jason Maestre, 22, of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle, Destruction or injury of Personal Property and Trespassing.
