Last night around 9:24 pm, officers from District A-7 (East Boston) responded to a radio call at 44 Marion Street for a person shot. Upon arrival officers located a 22-year-old male suffering from multiple wounds to his head. The victim was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital and is being treated for life threatening stab wounds. At this time, the victim is not expected to survive. At the hospital, the victim was found to be in possession of seven plastic bags of a white colored substance believed to be crack cocaine.In addition, officers observed a second victim, who was running around a car and yelling that he had been shot. Officers observed the victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. The 19-year-old male was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury.
