2 GUNS LEADS TO 3 ARRESTSAt about 4:15pm, on Saturday, April 21, 2007, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) were monitoring the crowd outside the Reggie Lewis Center, site of the “Beantown Bounce” dance competition. Approximately 2,000 kids attended this year’s event. As kids were filing out of the event, a motor vehicle, with 3 occupants, was double parked outside on Malcolm X Boulevard. One of the occupants of the car brandished a weapon. When he did, officers observed the incident, moved in, secured the car and arrested all 3 occupants. Officers arrested Dominique Hardmon, 18, of Dorchester and two 16 year-old males from Dorchester and charged all three with the Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and the Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
GUN RECOVERED IN HYDE PARK
At about 8:58pm, on Saturday, April 21, 2007, officers from District E-18 (Hyde Park) observed a group of kids hanging out on Greenfield Road in Hyde Park. As officers drove by the group, they observed one of the individuals adjusting his waistband as is if to conceal a weapon. Officers then circled back to speak to the group. As they were approaching, officers observed one of the individuals urinating in public. After a search of the area immediately around the group, officers recovered a loaded firearm and a plastic bag filled with what appeared to be marijuana. Officers arrested Tristo Jules, 18, of Mattapan and charged him Open & Gross Lewdness, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.

At about 6:45am, on Sunday, April 22, 2007, officers from District A-1 (Downtown) responded to a radio call for a disturbance at the Radisson Hotel at 200 Stuart Street. On arrival, officers spoke to the hotel manager who stated two guests were refusing to pay their bill in full. According to the hotel manager, the suspects charged a number of adult movies to their room, but now refused to pay for them. A large verbal altercation ensued. Officers arrested Michael Burns, 47, of Lynnfield and charged him with Defrauding the Innkeeper.
